Overview
Shamrock F2 brings invoice reconciliation, debtor and client account management into the Sprout interface. The screens and process artifacts below document the existing tools, the recourse journey and the proposed account-management experience.
Understanding the existing tools
The reference material spans Excel workbooks, FactorSoft and business-intelligence reports. It shows how client information, funding details, recourse actions and risk monitoring sit across different tools rather than a single account view.

Mapping the recourse journey
The recourse journey follows an accounts-receivable specialist from reviewing aging invoices through investigation, client communication, a recourse decision, chargeback and recovery monitoring. The map identifies scattered information, manual investigation and ongoing tracking as pain points, alongside opportunities for a centralized view and clearer decision support.

Connecting debtor workflows
The interface flow library covers debtor search, account headers, communication preferences, debtor creation, locations, credit and activation. Documenting the related screens and their error states makes the breadth of the debtor-management experience visible.

Keeping invoice context in view
The invoice detail screen pairs search results with a side panel containing invoice status, audit status, alerts, amounts and fees. Debtor and client information, invoice history, paperwork and a recourse action are grouped within the same detail experience.
Client reserves and account history
The reserves screen combines a persistent client summary and account balances with a chronological reserve history. Labeled entries distinguish short payments, reversals, adjustments, full payments and reserve movements, while a dedicated action provides access to releasing reserves.

Managing commissions
The commissions view retains the client and balance context while presenting payee, category, cost of capital, office, rate and effective dates in a table. Controls support adding a commission and showing expired records.
